When the sealed cans enter the conveyor belt of the machine through the elevator, the cans are vertically upright. There is a proximity switch at the feeding position of the sterilizer. After the speed is matched properly, the cans that have been dumped on the conveyor belt move one by one. Transport forward, when the first can in the forefront is induced by the proximity switch, the electromagnetic puller will start to move, the puller pulls the push rod, pushes the entire row of cans onto the idler of the sterilization machine, and the idler is in the main motor. Driven, the cans were transported to a heated hot water tank for sterilization. There are multiple rows of steam heating tubes in the hot water tank, and two high-precision temperature probes are used to measure the high and low temperatures respectively. When the water temperature is lower than the sterilizing set temperature, the steam solenoid valve opens the heating; when the temperature is higher than the set sterilization temperature, the solenoid valve is closed. The water in the cooling tank must be cold water to cool the can. Cooling water is generally circulated with tap water. If the cans are flexible packaging, the conveyor part can be designed with a mesh belt, and other temperature control systems will not change.
